Ingredients

  • 1 small beet
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Generation Elle Regenerate CBD Infused Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla greek yogurt (optional: If more sweetness is desired)

If your coconut oil is solid, scoop and microwave in a separate container until melted.

Preparation

  • Wash and dry all fresh ingredients.
  • Dice beet into small chunks and add to blender with coconut water or almond milk. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  • Add all remaining ingredients, and blend on medium to high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

If you prefer a smoothie with a thinner consistency, don’t be afraid to add more coconut water or almond milk. If you would like to sweeten your smoothie up, you can also try adding 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla greek yogurt.
